Hey guys! Last week I tried joining my local cricket team’s practice session, and I was shocked at how fast and consistent the senior bowlers were. It explains how top bowlers mix sprint drills, strength exercises, and recovery sessions to maintain speed and accuracy. I tried a couple of the exercises, and even after a short session, my stamina felt noticeably better. Has anyone else tried following routines like this?

Just noticed this thread and it’s pretty interesting. Even though I don’t bowl, it’s impressive how much preparation goes into elite performance. Balancing endurance, skill, and recovery isn’t easy, and it gives a lot of perspective on what athletes do behind the scenes. Makes me think about applying similar principles to my own workouts, like combining strength with technique and proper rest.
